Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SCOUT gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Bag

  Securely pack your unused items with original tags attached in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
